We cultivate our 4 hectares of vineyards
All the grapes we grow come from our own vineyards
If necessary we carry out treatments using only copper and sulphur
We do not carry out clarifications, we do not carry out filtrations, there is no temperature control
The only additions are potassium metabisulphite: 2g/hl upon receiving the grapes and 4g/hl at bottling
Our red vines are all native and are: Freisa, Albarossa, Barbera, Nebbiolo
As a white grape variety, we have Sauvignon and in the next few years Viognier which is currently in its third year of production
No white wines at the moment.
No rose wines at the moment.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
