We grow the grapes for our wines and the medicinal herbs for our Vermouth, adopting organic and regenerative farming practices: we bring organic matter from company waste and we protect the plants using copper and sulfur according to a principle of minimal interference.
We also limit interventions in the cellar: we entrust the fermentations to indigenous yeasts, we leave the refinement to time and climate, so that each bottle can express its own identity. We do not add additives or oenological adjuvants, we do not filter and we do not clarify.
We are committed to creating authentic products that express our passion and love for the land.
