Our terraced vineyards are located on the Mapello hills, at 200 to 400 meters above sea level, with vines ranging in age from 30 to 70 years. We grow a wide variety of varieties, including Incrocio Terzi, Franconia, Marzemino, Rebo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscato Giallo, and PIWI-resistant varieties. We employ regenerative agriculture techniques, designed to enhance the agroecosystem in which we live and work. Our goal is to reduce copper and sulfur to zero, and to do so, we use probiotic bacteria, decoctions, macerates, and infusions, produced by us using wild or cultivated plants. We have been certified organic since July 2024. In the winery, we use the same principles as in the countryside, with spontaneous fermentations, no chemical intervention, and a moderate use of sulfites. We experiment with maceration and aging in terracotta amphorae to enhance our wines, making them more vibrant and original. We prefer our wine to age only in natural materials, such as terracotta and wood, because, even in the winemaking process, we remain faithful to our idea of natural agriculture. In addition to the vineyard, we have created a colorful floral project: TULIPRENDI. This field, which extends for approximately 5,000 meters, produces a variety of seasonal flowers throughout the year.
