I am big fan of daniel sage. especially Nyctalopie is one of my favorite wines. Its very rare wine because it is produced very small amount and very popular and it is becoming more popular. it is usually made gamay or blending the type of other grapes. It has a beautiful and a bright red color and It tastes like sour red berries, very good acidic and a little fizzy. I really love this wine! If i can i want to drink this wine everyday.
Nyctalopie 2019 est un claret de gamay et pinot noir agréable et très léger.. cuvée est juteuse, pleine de vie et d’une fraicheur immense. La complexité est tout de même là , le vin est intrigant et procure un réel moment d’émotion. Les vins de Daniel Sage vins sont des vins vivants, une intensité et une fraicheur propre, Les cépages de Gamay et le Pinot Noir se marient parfaitement apportant des arômes de fruits rouges frais, des épices, des notes de graphite ....,.
