Ottenuto da uve 100% Gamay lavorate a grappolo intero, la metà della massa ottenuta affina in cemento e l’altra metà in botti esauste di Borgogna. Dopo almeno 10 mesi, il blend delle due masse viene messo in bottiglia e lasciato affinare per ulteriori10 mesi. Al naso parte morbido, con note di frutta rossa confit, tostatura e spezie all’assaggio, sorretto da un bell’equilibrio e altrettanta freschezza, si presenta complesso, avvolgente, con una persistenza piacevole che invita al sorso successivo.
