Il Riesling “Rosenkreuz” di Weingut Markus Molitor è un’elegante interpretazione del Mosel, dove precisione e purezza aromatica si fondono in un sorso vibrante e complesso. Vinificato da uno dei più grandi maestri del Riesling tedesco, nasce da vigne coltivate su ripidi pendii di ardesia che donano al vino la sua tipica mineralità. Al naso emergono profumi di pesca bianca, agrumi, fiori di campo e note fumé. Al palato è fine e teso, con una freschezza tagliente e una chiusura lunga e salina. Un vino di grande equilibrio, capace di evolvere meravigliosamente nel tempo e perfetto in abbinamento con piatti di pesce, sushi e cucina asiatica.
