Theodora è un vino bianco naturale fresco, espressivo e pieno di vita. Prodotto da uve Grüner Veltliner e Welschriesling coltivate biodinamicamente nel Burgenland austriaco, fermenta spontaneamente senza chiarifiche né filtrazioni. Al naso offre note di mela verde, agrumi ed erbe fresche, mentre al palato è vivace, sapido e delicatamente aromatico. Perfetto come aperitivo o in abbinamento a piatti vegetariani e di pesce.
