Il Sperella di Tenuta Bellafonte è un bianco elegante e autentico prodotto nel cuore dell’Umbria, da Trebbiano Spoletino 100% coltivato a Bevagna. Fermentato spontaneamente con lieviti indigeni e affinato in acciaio sui lieviti per cinque mesi, esprime freschezza, finezza e profondità minerale. Dal colore giallo paglierino brillante, regala profumi di agrumi, fiori di campo e frutta matura, con lievi note di pane e lievito. Al palato è vivace e sapido, con acidità equilibrata e un finale elegante e persistente. Un vino che racconta la purezza del territorio di Montefalco e la filosofia artigianale di Tenuta Bellafonte, perfetto per accompagnare piatti di pesce, carni bianche e formaggi freschi.
