Dürnstein Federspiel 2025 di Alzinger è un Grüner Veltliner della Wachau, in Austria, proveniente dall’area di Dürnstein. La cantina ricerca una cifra stilistica basata su finezza e precisione, e questo Federspiel ne rappresenta l’espressione più agile. Vinificato in acciaio, offre un profilo nitido di mela gialla, frutta a polpa chiara, erbe e una delicata speziatura, con la tipica sfumatura pepata del vitigno. Al palato è secco, fresco e scorrevole, con una struttura elegante sostenuta da mineralità e buona persistenza. Il frutto rimane in equilibrio con una vena sapida e speziata che rende il sorso particolarmente gastronomico. È ideale con pesce, crostacei, pollo, verdure, piatti di cucina asiatica e Wiener Schnitzel.
