Ammonite Bianco di Monte Brècale è un vino bianco Veneto IGT prodotto a Fontanafredda di Cinto Euganeo, nel cuore dei Colli Euganei. Nasce da Chardonnay, Incrocio Manzoni e Sauvignon Blanc, coltivati con metodo biologico su terreni segnati da marne sedimentarie e trachiti vulcaniche. Le uve sono raccolte manualmente e vinificate in bianco; la fermentazione è spontanea in vasche di cemento vetrificato. L'affinamento prosegue per 10 mesi sui propri lieviti in cemento e altri 6 mesi in bottiglia. Nel calice esprime profumi delicati di mela verde e frutta fresca, con un profilo pulito e territoriale. Il sorso è secco, fresco e armonico, sostenuto da una piacevole componente sapida che ne favorisce la bevibilità. Un bianco versatile a tavola, da servire con antipasti, verdure, risotti, primi piatti delicati, pesce al forno e carni bianche.
