Chiaror sul Masso Timorasso è uno spumante di qualità prodotto da I Carpini, una delle cantine di riferimento dei Colli Tortonesi. Ottenuto da Timorasso in purezza, viene elaborato con Metodo Charmat, mantenendo intatta l'identità del vitigno e valorizzandone freschezza, sapidità ed eleganza. Nel calice si presenta di colore giallo paglierino brillante con un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso emergono profumi di mela, acacia, miele, agrumi e delicate note di pasticceria. Il sorso è fresco, minerale, armonico e caratterizzato da una lunga persistenza aromatica. Ideale come aperitivo, accompagna magnificamente antipasti, primi piatti di pesce, crostacei, carni bianche, formaggi di media stagionatura e verdure grigliate.
