Entre Amis Blanc 2024 di Château Cazeronne è un vino bianco di Graves, nel territorio di Bordeaux, ottenuto da 60% Sauvignon e 40% Sémillon. Le uve provengono dalle parcelle di Peyron e Cazebonne per il Sauvignon e di Médoine per il Sémillon. La cuvée nasce dall’incontro dei due vitigni tradizionali dei bianchi bordolesi, con un profilo giocato sull’equilibrio tra freschezza e maturità. Al palato mantiene un carattere fresco ed equilibrato, con una struttura che accompagna bene la tavola senza appesantire il sorso. È un bianco versatile da servire fresco, adatto ad aperitivi, crostacei, pesce alla griglia o al forno, primi piatti di mare, verdure e formaggi freschi. Un Graves Blanc che esprime in modo diretto l’incontro tra Sauvignon e Sémillon.
