È un bianco mediterraneo centrato sull’identità del vitigno e del luogo. Il sorso è solare e sapido, con richiami agrumati, frutta gialla ed erbe mediterranee. La freschezza sostiene una materia ampia e persistente. È indicato con pesce, crostacei, primi di mare e formaggi freschi. Servire fresco.
