Blanc de Noir di Terradonata è un Franciacorta DOCG prodotto in Lombardia secondo il Metodo Classico. La dicitura Blanc de Noir identifica una vinificazione in bianco di uve a bacca nera; non indichiamo il vitigno specifico perché non è verificabile dall’etichetta disponibile. La rifermentazione in bottiglia e il successivo affinamento sui lieviti, previsti dal metodo di produzione del Franciacorta, contribuiscono a definire una bollicina fine e un profilo di buona complessità. Al palato è fresco, strutturato e dinamico, con la vivacità della spuma a dare slancio al sorso e il carattere tipico di un Blanc de Noir a conferirgli presenza. È un Franciacorta versatile e gastronomico, adatto all’aperitivo ma capace di accompagnare anche salumi, risotti, primi piatti saporiti, pesce al forno e carni bianche.
