Il vino 54.55 di Yvan Bernard nasce in Auvergne, terra di suoli vulcanici che donano ai vini grande freschezza e personalità. Questo rosato naturale, prodotto in maniera artigianale con fermentazioni spontanee e senza eccessivi interventi in cantina, esprime note di frutti rossi maturi, leggere spezie e una vibrante mineralità. In bocca si distingue per equilibrio, eleganza e dinamismo: tannino fine, acidità viva e un finale sapido che invita al sorso. È un vino che riflette la filosofia di Yvan Bernard, basata sul rispetto della natura e sull’autenticità del territorio. Ottimo in abbinamento con piatti di carne bianca, salumi artigianali, formaggi a pasta morbida o primi piatti saporiti.
