Il Juspin "7" di La Tommasina è un vino rosato artigianale ottenuto da 100% Freisa del Monferrato, uno dei vitigni autoctoni più antichi del Piemonte. La breve macerazione sulle bucce dona un elegante colore rosa cerasuolo, mentre il bouquet richiama piccoli frutti rossi, melograno, rosa canina e leggere note speziate. Al palato è fresco, equilibrato e minerale, con una piacevole sapidità che lo rende estremamente versatile a tavola. L'azienda conduce i vigneti con un approccio naturale e orientato alla biodiversità, privilegiando fermentazioni spontanee e interventi minimi in cantina.
