Túfoblu di Col dei Venti è un Barbaresco DOCG da Nebbiolo 100%, prodotto dalla famiglia di Ornella Cordara a partire dal vigneto Serracapelli di Neive, esposto a sud-ovest. Il nome richiama il particolare terreno ricco di tufo blu. Dopo la vinificazione, il vino affronta un lungo affinamento in rovere e un ulteriore riposo in bottiglia. Nel calice emergono spezie, mora e mirtillo, accompagnati da sfumature di anice stellato e liquirizia. Al palato è avvolgente, pieno e persistente, con la struttura elegante del Nebbiolo sostenuta da tannini ben presenti e da una freschezza che accompagna il sorso. Le componenti fruttate e speziate ritornano nel finale, dando profondità e carattere. È un Barbaresco da portare a tavola con brasati, arrosti e carni rosse, selvaggina, funghi e formaggi stagionati.
