Luvaio Rosso di Montalcino 2023 di La Madonnina è un vino rosso toscano prodotto a Montalcino da uve Sangiovese, vitigno alla base della denominazione Rosso di Montalcino DOC. Esprime il carattere classico del territorio attraverso un profilo fragrante, con richiami alla ciliegia, ai piccoli frutti rossi e a leggere sfumature speziate. Al palato è secco, fresco e ben strutturato, con una trama tannica che sostiene il sorso senza appesantirlo. Il carattere gastronomico e la buona freschezza lo rendono adatto ad accompagnare pappardelle e primi piatti al ragù, salumi toscani, carni arrosto o alla griglia e formaggi di media stagionatura. Un Rosso di Montalcino versatile, da portare a tavola anche nei pasti meno impegnativi.
