Le Poteau Rouge IGP Pays d’Oc di Alternative Bis è un vino rosso intenso e avvolgente, frutto di un blend armonico tra Grenache e Syrah. La vinificazione prevede macerazione carbonica e un affinamento in acciaio per alcuni mesi, che conferiscono al vino piacevoli note fruttate e speziate, mantenendo struttura e bevibilità. Con una gradazione alcolica di circa 14,5%, si presenta con un corpo pieno ma equilibrato. Abbinamenti consigliati: calamari ripieni, carni rosse alla griglia, formaggi semi-stagionati; un vino perfetto per piatti saporiti e conviviali. Alternative Bis è un progetto di viticoltori liberi, che valorizzano pratiche naturali e l’espressione autentica del terroir della Languedoc.
