Campale de Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara è un Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG biologico prodotto sulle colline di San Gimignano, in Toscana. Nasce da un uvaggio di Sangiovese e Merlot, coltivati dalla famiglia Logi con attenzione al territorio. La fermentazione e la macerazione avvengono in acciaio e cemento, seguite da un affinamento che combina cemento e legno. Nel calice si presenta di colore rosso rubino, con profumi di lampone, fragola e altri piccoli frutti rossi. Al palato è fresco e succoso, con tannini ben definiti e un equilibrio piacevole tra struttura e acidità. Il carattere fruttato rende il sorso scorrevole, senza rinunciare alla personalità del Sangiovese. È un rosso versatile a tavola, da abbinare a tagliatelle al ragù, salumi toscani, arista al rosmarino, roast beef e formaggi stagionati.
