Il Laiten di Cantina Zehnhof è un Lagrein della DOC Trentino, che nasce su colline ripide con terreni calcarei, magri e ciottolosi. Questo terroir conferisce al vino una struttura decisa ma elegante, equilibrata da tannini vellutati e da un’acidità che ne sostiene la freschezza. Al naso si avvertono profumi fragranti di more e lamponi, con note secondarie speziate e un lieve ricordo di cioccolato sul fondo. Il colore è un rosso rubino profondo. Al palato è ricco, complesso, con grande persistenza gusto-olfattiva: tannini morbidi, setosi, che regalano armonia ed eleganza. Perfetto in abbinamento con piatti rustici di carne in umido, selvaggina come anatra o faraona, la “carne salada” tipica del Trentino, oppure con formaggi stagionati o primi piatti saporiti.
