Il Burja Noir di Primož Lavrenčič è un elegante Pinot Nero proveniente dal cuore della Valle del Vipava, in Slovenia. Un vino raffinato, frutto di una viticoltura attenta e rispettosa della natura, che esprime al meglio il carattere del terroir carsico. Al calice si presenta con un colore rubino luminoso, profumi intensi di frutti rossi maturi, note floreali e un accenno speziato. Al palato è setoso, fresco e armonico, con un finale persistente ed equilibrato. Perfetto per accompagnare piatti a base di carne bianca, selvaggina leggera, funghi e formaggi stagionati.
