Cerzeta di Cantina della Collina è un Irpinia Aglianico DOC prodotto da Aglianico in purezza. Nasce in Campania, nel territorio irpino, dove il clima collinare e le forti escursioni termiche favoriscono una maturazione lenta e una marcata freschezza delle uve. Il vino interpreta l’Aglianico con struttura e carattere, mantenendo equilibrio tra frutto, acidità e tannino. È un rosso capace di evolvere per alcuni anni, sviluppando progressivamente maggiore complessità senza perdere il legame con il vitigno. Nel bicchiere propone frutti di bosco, ciliegia scura, spezie, liquirizia e richiami terrosi. Il sorso è asciutto, intenso e persistente, con tannini evidenti; si abbina a ragù, carni rosse, arrosti, brasati e formaggi stagionati.
