Khione è il Riesling Italico firmato Colle del Bricco, un vino bianco elegante e territoriale che nasce sulle colline dell’Oltrepò Pavese. Fresco e minerale, esprime profumi fruttati e floreali con grande equilibrio, perfetto da gustare giovane ma capace anche di sorprendere con il tempo. Un vino dal color giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini, dal profumo di pera, fiori bianchi, fieno, erbe fresche e accenni minerali e dal gusto fresco, elegante, armonico, con acidità vivace e un finale sapido e persistente. Perfetto come aperitivo, con piatti a base di pesce, con verdure, frittate e primi leggeri, con formaggi freschi.
