Il Barolo DOCG 2016 Cascina del Monastero di Grasso Giuseppe è un'espressione autentica delle Langhe, ottenuta esclusivamente da uve Nebbiolo coltivate nei vigneti aziendali di La Morra. L'annata 2016, considerata tra le migliori degli ultimi decenni per il Barolo, dona al vino grande equilibrio, eleganza e longevità. Al naso si distinguono profumi di rosa appassita, viola, ciliegia sotto spirito, piccoli frutti rossi, liquirizia, tabacco e spezie fini. Al palato è pieno, armonico e strutturato, con tannini vellutati, ottima freschezza e un finale lungo e persistente che evolve con il tempo. Un Barolo perfetto per occasioni importanti e per l'affinamento in cantina.
