Il Freak di Tenuta L'Armonia è un vino macerato naturale dal carattere intenso e autentico. Prodotto in Veneto da uve Chardonnay e Durello con un'agricoltura biologica. Il vino subisce una lunga macerazione sulle bucce, ottenendo così un colore ambrato e una struttura complessa. La vinificazione artigianale prevede fermentazioni spontanee e nessuna filtrazione. Al calice si presenta con riflessi dorati intensi, al naso si percepiscono aromi di frutta matura, spezie, erbe aromatiche e note terrose e infine al palato è corposo, sapido, con una piacevole tanninicità, capace di accompagnare piatti di cucina creativa, formaggi stagionati e carni bianche.
