ConFerma! è un vino bianco fermo prodotto dall’Azienda Agricola Monte Duro, situata sui primi colli dell’Appennino Reggiano, ai piedi del Monte Duro. Questo vino nasce da uve Spergola, vitigno autoctono della zona, coltivate in regime biologico certificato. La vinificazione avviene con fermentazione spontanea e una breve macerazione sulle bucce di 2-3 giorni, senza l'uso di solfiti aggiunti né altri additivi enologici. Il risultato è un vino fresco, fragrante e dinamico, con note di mela verde, gelsomino e scorza di limone, che si ripetono al palato in un sorso succoso e sorretto da una piacevole acidità. Ideale da abbinare a piatti di pesce, formaggi freschi o antipasti leggeri.
