Typical local grapes, such as Spergola, are complemented by international varieties, which we hand-pick and vinify separately to best enhance the varietal aromas of each. In the cellar, vinification and racking are performed according to the lunar calendar to create authentic, spontaneous, and lively wines that fully express the character of the grape varieties, the terroir, and the people who create them.
