Il Bianco Frizzante “Margot” di Franchina e Giarone è un bianco brioso prodotto da una realtà artigianale del modenese, a partire da uve bianche tipiche della zona. Viene rifermentato secondo metodo ancestrale usando mosto congelato della stessa annata, che dona un lieve effervescenza che pizzica naso e palato. Dal calice sprigionano sentori di pera, mela, gelsomino e note erbacee sul finale. In bocca è vivace, piacevolmente leggero e quasi arioso, veramente molto persistente. Un prodotto perfetto per un pomeriggio da condividere con qualche amico
