A never-ending journey toward the finest Emilian-Parma winemaking tradition, made of fragrant and distinctive bubbles, the perfect pairing for the world's most famous gastronomic products, those of Parma and Emilia.

• Limestone, clay and fossils…

The vineyards are all on hillsides, 350 meters above sea level. The soil is rich in limestone and clay, with a strong presence of chalk. When we prepare the land for new vineyards, fossils from the ancient Po Valley sea frequently surface.

• Farmers, artisans...

The steep slopes make the land ideal for quality viticulture, and require manual harvesting, another guarantee of grape control, bunch by bunch.

• Wine is made in the vineyard…

The vineyards are all on the hills, here we are 350 meters above sea level. The lowest vineyards are those of the Badia della Madonna della Neve in Torrechiara, 150 meters above sea level. The highest ones are those of La Costa, 450 meters above sea level.

• The Wines…

Traditional wines, without compromise, without trendy frills, and without human adulteration. We follow the vineyard, we make the wine in the vineyard, and we exploit the characteristics of the vines to bring out the best in the wine. Acidity, complexity, and great freshness in every glass, even the full-bodied still reds.

8 hectares of vineyards managed according to organic and biodynamic principles (AKA no certifications), predominantly native varieties, two vineyards over a century old, one of which was registered as far back as 200 years ago. Entirely manual harvest with bunch selection and 30% waste: use of 100% estate-grown grapes for the wines – zero compromises. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, refermentation with fresh must, sulfur dioxide between 10 and 60%. No dynamic fining, no filtration, no additives, no disgorgement.
