Since great-grandfather Sante in the early 1920s, the family has been deeply rooted in the Lambrusco tradition, with the first idea of winemaking and the subsequent delivery of grapes. In 2013, Denise, a graduate in oenology, embarked on a new path, turning to the past and the tradition that the region seems to have forgotten. With the help of her sister Elisa, she intends to revive the practices and practices that have accompanied generations of her family and rediscover the authentic traits of traditional wines. Today, they manage 2.5 hectares with more than 15 native varietals in vineyards that are up to 70 years old. Extensive manual labor in the vineyards, where the wine is essentially "born," uses only spontaneous fermentations without any invasive interventions in the cellar. They also produce wines with natural refermentation in the bottle and long aging on the lees. The spirit and candor of this land are the most distinctive elements of these wines: they are frank, lively, joyful and authentic, perhaps the best testimony to the identity of these places.
No orange wines at the moment.
