Initially we only sold the grapes we produced, then over time we expanded the vineyard area and in 2021 we physically built our cellar.
We produce Aglianico, Falanghina, and Fiano, all organically, and so it seemed right to continue along this path in the cellar as well.
All our wines are made from spontaneous fermentations and we do not use any type of correction, not even sulfur, nor filtration.
We like the idea that our bottles tell the story of the entire vintage and the region.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
