In 2005, we decided that to continue cultivating the vineyard, we needed to process the grapes on site. The work in the fields, the renovation of the old farmhouse, and the upgrading of the cellar were all the result of this decision.

The vineyard covers approximately one hectare, overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the province of Teramo, at the foot of the Gran Sasso mountain. The vineyard faces south-southeast, with a gentle slope, receiving both sea and mountain breezes. We hand-pick the grapes at the perfect point of ripeness and vinify them with great care. Both in the cellar and in the vineyard, we intervene as little as possible so that the seasons leave their mark on our wine.
Given our small size (and production), we have chosen not to be officially certified. We cultivate our vineyard/land using the minimum possible number of products (primarily sulfur and copper), always below organic limits, and only with products permitted for this type of cultivation.
