Alcoholic Dream Estate - Enrico Della Zizza

I'm Enrico Della Zizza of Tenuta Sogno Alcolico, a small artisan winemaker from Abruzzo with a small production. The craftsmanship in the vineyard and cellar is almost pure. Few tools are used in the vineyard, and in the cellar, bottling and labeling are done by hand, because we believe in the connection between hands and the raw material.

Tenuta Sogno Alcolico is located in Abruzzo, in the Mozzagrognese countryside (CH), at an altitude of 132 meters above sea level. This dream has become a reality after 25 years of true and pure passion for this branch of agriculture.

The estate comprises 3 hectares of vineyards and 100 olive trees. We have planted varieties of Trebbiano Toscano and d'Abruzzo, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, and a Pinot Grigio from outside the area.

Our philosophy is to continually improve the land our ancestors left us. In the vineyard, we use copper and sulfur in increasingly smaller doses, supplemented by natural oils and essences.

In the cellar we let nature take its course without constraints using ONLY one ingredient: GRAPES

The wines we produce are:

Notte Ancestrale: a wine outside the box of classic ancestral wines, it presents itself with a great structure, complex and slightly tannic, with a very fine bubble.
Tuscan Trebbiano

Bella Brò: an opulent, tannic wine with a cherry and spirited fruit.
Montepulciano

Marghè Rosè: a rosé wine made from a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo with a remarkable structure, persistent and with a disarming freshness.

The Dreamer: a no-frills, no-frills wine to be drunk in one gulp, with a crisp acidity. Trebbiano Toscano and d'Abruzzo
