About
A juicy, crunchy red blend made for drinking cold. 40% Dornfelder, 30% Spätburgunder, 30% Portugieser – all spontaneously fermented on the skins (10–14 days) and aged in stainless steel. Vibrant and fruit-driven, yet with a nice herbal core and bright acidity. Think sour cherry, red currants, rosehip, a hint of spice – light on its feet but full of character. The Dornfelder adds structure and grip, while Portugieser and Pinot bring lift and elegance. Unfiltered, unfined, best served chilled, but also works room temperature in the cold season.
