Hints of white flowers, almond blossom, and hazelnut. Some brioche and buttery notes suggesting lees contact. Mineral undertones with wet stone character. Taste/Palate: Medium body with creamy texture and balanced acidity. Flavors of baked apple, ripe pear, and stone fruits with a touch of honey and vanilla. Nutty mid-palate with almond and hazelnut notes. Some developed characteristics showing toast and brioche. Good minerality throughout with a slightly waxy texture typical of quality Weißburgunder. Long, elegant finish with lingering fruit and mineral notes.

Great, citrussy natural white! Sparkling acidity and crisp sweetness.
Cépage: Bacchus, Huxelrebe, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder les raisins sont récoltés à la main. Aucune filtration n'a été effectuée avant la mise en bouteille. C’est un vin végétalien.... Vin avec faible teneur en alcool 10 degré lui donne merveilleuse convivialité sonore.
