Color: Pale to medium golden yellow with hints of amber, showing some development from bottle age Aroma/Nose: Ripe orchard fruits like yellow apple and pear, white peach, subtle honeyed notes. Hints of white flowers, almond blossom, and hazelnut. Some brioche and buttery notes suggesting lees contact. Mineral undertones with wet stone character. Taste/Palate: Medium body with creamy texture and balanced acidity. Flavors of baked apple, ripe pear, and stone fruits with a touch of honey and vanilla. Nutty mid-palate with almond and hazelnut notes. Some developed characteristics showing toast and brioche. Good minerality throughout with a slightly waxy texture typical of quality Weißburgunder. Long, elegant finish with lingering fruit and mineral notes.

Major notes of apple and pear. Delightfully fruity and tart, like a dry fruit salad in yo mouth.

Great, citrussy natural white! Sparkling acidity and crisp sweetness.
