Red Pet-Nat, half Pinot Noir and half Dornfelder. Dark in the glass and fresh on the tongue: blackberry, ripe blueberry and dark cherry, bone dry and juicy with very soft tannins and fine bubbles. Unfiltered, unfined and undisgorged, 12.5%. Chill it to 8 to 12 °C and bring it to the barbecue. Dark Matter + Pet-Nat = The Dark Natter. Only 600 bottles.
