About
Pinot Noir from Rheinhessen, grown at the foot of a small chapel. Light red with delicate raspberry and red currant, clarity and gentle tension at 12%. Best chilled at 9 to 12 °C. The name comes from the gas cloud Sagittarius B2 in the centre of the Milky Way, which contains a compound that smells of raspberry. The first Nuage came from the Mosel.
