Der "pARTISAN CRU" 2018 White. Diese Cuvée in Weiß und vereint harmonisch Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc und Traminer. Der Wein reifte zwei Jahre auf den Feinhefen in neuen Eichenfässern, die der Fassbinder aus gutseigenen, lokalen Eichen gefertigt hat. Unfiltriert in die Flasche gebracht, entfaltet er ein komplexes, wachsartiges Bouquet von weißen Pfirsichen, Limetten, Zitronengras und feinen Honig- sowie Vanillenoten Bei leichten 11 % Vol. verbindet er eine lebendige, reife Säure mit einer reichen, salzigen Textur und tiefer Eleganz.
