Der "Smetana" Grüner Veltliner 2022 wird als "junger Wein" bereits im Dezember nach der Ernte abgefüllt, um die frische, hefige Atmosphäre direkt nach der Gärung einzufangen. Der reinsortige, handgelesene Grüner Veltliner wird direkt gepresst, spontan im Edelstahltank vergoren und komplett ohne Filtration, Schönung oder Zusätze trüb auf die Flasche gezogen. Tropische Nuancen von Ananas, Piña Colada und Mango mit leichten 10,5 % Vol. Extrem trinkanimierend!
