Tedzami Wines is a small family winery at Garikula village, Kaspi, which is located in Karli region, Georgia. Winemaker Giorgi Malatsidze is focus on producing wine from endemic grape varieties of Kartli, like Chinuri, Shavkapito, Tavkveri, Chkapa, Goruli Mtsvane.

I prefer “honest” (low-intervention) winemaking without any additions and minimal work in cellar and make wine by himself, because of that production volumes are not large. Vineyard size is 10,000 mq. Treatments ar all organic, all manual. We use 0.5% Bordeaux spray and 0.3% sulphites in the vineyard. Harvest starts from 1 October and its ends 15/20 October.
