My wines are produced under strict organic guidelines, ensuring that our vineyards in Akhmeta, Alaverdi, and Tibaani are managed with zero synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or systemic herbicides. We follow a holistic approach to viticulture, ensuring the preservation of soil biodiversity and the purity of the fruit. In the cellar, we adhere to a low-intervention philosophy, employing spontaneous fermentation with skin contact in Qvevri, and avoiding the use of additives and filtration. This approach results in authentic, living wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Akhmeta, Alaverdi, and Tibaani regions.
Kaia is my new independent project, which I launched in 2023. This project is a natural progression of "Akhmeta Wine House" and my overall vision for Georgian natural wine.
"Kaia" represents a new chapter where the traditions and expertise of Akhmeta Wine House meet a fresh, independent identity.
