Vincent DAUBY, originally from Eze, went to the vineyard out of passion. He obtained a BTS in viticulture and oenology then cut his teeth in Alsace and especially in the Var, before settling as an associate farmer on a Bellet estate in Nice. It was following his meeting (by selling him his wine!) With Céline YERCHOFF, a Nantes resident who had come to settle in Nice, that together, they created their own domain (hence the name of the domain which is a contraction of their first names). Starting from nothing, the DOMAINE de VINCELINE was created in stages. After buying land and some equipment, followed by planting the first vines, they had 2 daughters: Constance & Clémentine, then started building their wine and olive cellar. Céline also trained at the Antibes agricultural school in order to be fully involved in the farm. It is thus a close-knit family that cultivates: - 4000m2 of "Rolle", (or "Vermentino", local white grape), 1500 m2 of Grenache and 2500m2 of Folle Noire (indigenous red grape variety), in AOP Bellet; - 250 olive trees in PDO Nice olive of the Cailletiers variety: the main variety for the production of PDO olives and oil. With its wines and its oil, the DOMAINE de VINCELINE represents the two PDOs of the Alpes-Maritimes department. From the start, they have worked with respect for their soils, their products and their environment. They are therefore certified Organic Agriculture - "AB". The DAUBY family awaits you to share a convivial moment in their micro DOMAINE de VINCELINE in an authentic and warm atmosphere in the middle of the vineyards, with a breathtaking view from Cap d'Antibes to Mercantour, via the Baou de St Jeannet ...
