The vineyard consists of old Grenache and Syrah vines, facing north at an altitude of 250 m, on ancient alluvial and clayey sands resting on a limestone subsoil.
We practice biodynamics, the soil is worked mechanically, treatments are supplemented with herbal teas/infusions, and the harvest is done manually in small crates.
To preserve the purity of the grapes, vinification is carried out as naturally as possible using indigenous yeasts. During aging, a small amount of sulfur may be added after malolactic fermentation and/or before bottling (which is done by us).
