Domaine de la Roche Bleue

A small estate of 7 hectares, with moderate yields of approximately 30 hl/ha. Organic farming and a biodynamic approach are practiced in the northernmost appellations of the Loire Valley: Jasnières and Coteaux du Loir. Grape varieties: Chenin Blanc, Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon. Sébastien Cornille, the winemaker, is originally from Sancerre.

He has always worked in the vineyards, tending them tirelessly and with all his passion. Previously, he assisted winegrowers on Réunion Island who were working with Chenin Blanc... With three friends, including two wine merchants and a communications professor, all based in Réunion, they decided to buy vineyards in Marçon in 2007. Since then, it's been a success!

After only two years, the estate began its conversion to organic farming. Today, the wine graces the finest tables in France, including those at Matignon and the Élysée Palace. It is exported to Australia, Canada, the United States, and various European countries.

The balance is sought from the vineyard with a harvest at just the right ripeness to preserve the aromatic potential, obtain dynamic and precise wines, without losing the expression of the terroir.
