These vines from the Briseau estate, in Marçon, Nathalie Gaubicher chose them in the early 2000s, with Christian Chaussard (who died in 2013). She stays the course. With the help of an employee, the winemaker continues to work one hectare of Jasnières and six hectares of Coteaux-du-Loir. It continues the harvest and the vinification specific to natural wines: without inputs and sulphites unless it is a question of "saving a tank". She no longer plows at the foot of the vines, leaving a plant cover bringing organic matter to the soil. Red wines of Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay or Coté grape varieties; 100% chenin white wines. Since 2017, Nathalie Gaubicher has divided her time between Sarthe and Hérault, where the vines of Emile Hérédia, her companion from Vendôme, are located.
