My approach is also agroecological (grassing, biodiversity) with biodynamic practices (without certification) such as 500P, 501 and plants for treatments.
I also practice physiological pruning of the vine and the entire harvest is done by hand.
The wines are vinified without additives and receive a little SO2 depending on the vintage and the cuvée, if necessary.
