In 2014, the installation was done via a progressive transmission. We now work in pairs, with Marie who also produces cut flowers on the site and makes bouquets. Today 5.8 Ha of vines (including 1 Ha of vines planted from 2017 to 2019) divided into three plots in Saint Georges sur Layon, chenin, grolleau and cabernet franc. The vines are supported in biodynamics, we replant hedges, fruit trees, pastures... in the cellar as little intervention as possible to respect the grapes as much as possible.
