At the crossroads of Anjou and the Nantes vineyards, the terroir offers a diverse range of subsoils and grape varieties, from Gamay to Melon de Bourgogne and Pinot Gris. The estate is managed organically (currently in its second year of conversion), with a focus on reducing inputs in the vineyard (sulfur and copper treatments) and in the cellar, respecting biodiversity, landscapes, and soils. This allows us to create vibrant, enjoyable, and easy-drinking wines, in a natural and, above all, convivial spirit. Vinification is carried out using indigenous yeasts, the wines are unfiltered, and the harvest is done by hand. I may occasionally add sulfur, particularly at bottling.
