In my shed, I nurture organic grapes into living wines: minimizing interventions and letting the wine express its true nature, authentic and accessible.

Zero input winemaking! Alcoholic fermentations are longer due to an unregulated temperature (outdoor winemaking) and therefore tell different stories.

I buy my grapes from friends who are winemakers in the Layon region. I place real importance on proper vineyard management! I don't go to the highest bidder.

I harvest my own grapes; I use a vertical press; I press very gently (300 liters per day).
